1.The Actual Equipment Area Is Different
An 800-square-meter building does not necessarily contain 800 square meters of trampoline equipment.
The total space may also include: reception and ticketing areas, lockers and shoe-changing zones, walkways, party rooms, rest areas, emergency exits, maintenance access
One amusement equipment manufacturer may quote based on the total building area, while another calculates only the actual equipment coverage. Before comparing prices, check how many square meters of equipment are included in each layout.
2.The Attraction List Is Different
Two commercial trampoline parks with the same floor area can have completely different configurations.
- A basic park may include: free jump trampolines, basketball dunk lanes, dodgeball courts, foam pits or airbags.
- While a more complete project may also include: ninja courses, climbing walls, high-platform jumps, interactive trampoline games, toddler areas, soft play structures, rope or adventure activities.
These attractions require different structures, materials and installation methods. Therefore, a project with more activity zones will usually have a higher price. When comparing quotations from different trampoline arena manufacturers, make sure the attraction lists are similar.
3.Material Specifications Are Different
The equipment names may look the same, but the materials behind them can be very different.
Price differences may come from: steel tube thickness, steel structure design, trampoline mat quality, spring specifications, foam thickness and density, padding surface materials, safety net quality.
Lower-cost materials can reduce the initial investment, but they may also require more frequent maintenance or replacement after the park opens.
Instead of accepting a general description such as “commercial-grade equipment,” ask the trampoline area manufacturer to provide the main material specifications.
4.The Customization Level Is Different
A standard trampoline park layout usually costs less than a fully customized project.
Customization may include: adjusting the equipment around columns and exits, redesigning activity zones for an irregular building, changing colors and printed graphics, creating a themed entrance, adding wall decorations and photo areas, developing original characters or IP elements.
Some quotations may show an attractive themed design but include only the standard equipment price. Always confirm whether the decorative elements shown in the proposal are included in the final quotation.
5.Installation, Shipping and Support May Be Excluded
A low quotation may cover only the trampoline park equipment produced in the factory.
Additional costs may include: international shipping, installation support, spare parts, after-sales support.
You should also check the trade term used in the quotation. An EXW price, FOB price, CIF price and door-to-door price cover different services and cannot be compared directly.
